I’m Keri, and I’m a lot like you.

As a mom and former public school educator of 25+ years, I know what it’s like to put in endless hours of work each week and always feel like it’s never enough.

For years, I was overwhelmed and felt like I could barely keep my head above water.  I was constantly stressed and on edge. I was exhausted and always felt on the verge of either tears or an angry outburst.

 

Deep down I knew I needed help, but I didn't want to admit it to myself (or anyone else) because that would mean I was a failure.

 

When I finally did get help and found relief, I realized I didn't want any other teacher moms to suffer the way I had for so long.
